Happy Labor Day, and have fun all my people in the U.S!

I know I had back in 2011, the weather was hot for the labour day weekend, days were relaxing and parties were great! As I was in NY just 2 weeks ago I heard people making plans for this year and oh would have loved to stay. Laying on a beach somewhere sounds so much better than our rainy autumny weather.

Also, on saturday, it was WV football teams first game of the season this year. I'm still occasionally following and supporting them, as is everybody else according to Facebook! The first game of 2011, is hard to forget, well it was my first american football game ever, but weather was what made it unforgettable, the heavy hail/rain/thunder storm out of clear blue skies on a hot and peaceful day, that made them cancel the game, everybody running for life from the stadium - and us - after hiding out in someone's garage, hitchhiking onto a random car, sitting there in the truck in the rain soaking wet yet so happy and singing "wonderwall" as loud as we could.

Jordan vol 2: Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Al Karak, Dead Sea

From Petra we drove a couple hours towards the Wadi Rum desert, headed first to the Wadi Rum village to register ourselves, then left our car at the designated area at the beginning of the desert and met our host who drove us into the desert in his truck.

Pinkpop vol 2, Megaland, NL

Second time at Pinkpop festival (second year in a row, in fact) and still impressed! The weather was a bit more eventful this year, as last year was a complete heatwave. This year, we got heavy rain on the first day, perfect mild, sunny weather on the second day, and back to the heat on the third day.
