Graduation: Master of Law! It has been a long road and this past spring has been a hard one. I was sure until November 2015, that I will take a year off and proceed then with the thesis, but, thanks to the right people I got inspired and motivated enough to do it now. Never have I ever made a better decision!  Throughout these five years of law-school and everything in between, there have been countless sleepless nights, long schooldays, long school-evenings, long weekends in school, days and days spent in libraries (until the bell sounds and orders us to leave), so many wtf moments, yet, so many memories made, life-long friendships, lots of laughter and support, inside jokes and unforgettable moments. I wouldn't be a member of ELSA if I wouldn't have been a law student. These summer-schools, winter-schools, motivating events and delegations abroad (United Nations!!) I'll never forget. Last but not least, I wouldn't change my exchange-year in USA for anything, ...

Graduation and full on summer!

I graduated!!!  On the 19th of June. Passed the bachelors exam successfully and graduated on time! The happiest feeling! It was a special day! Thank you for all who came to congratulate me. After my own ceremony went to Keiu's graduation. Went to dinner with my relatives and in the evening headed to Keiu's place with mom, she had a lovely graduation party planned and it was a awesome to celebrate together, bbq and drink some champagne. Headed to Pärnu on the 21st, for a beach day. In the evening enjoyed Steffani pizza and went to the Ewert and The Two Dragons concert . Coolest Estonian band without a doubt. One of the most successful as well, they have been touring in Europe and head on to The States.  23rd was the Midsummer Eve. Went to a real Estonian village-kinda-style celebration at Patika. A bonfire, some random bands, silly games. Tug o'war was hilarious!  Went to Latvia, to  The Killers concert. Hot weather, dri...

Don't let the bastards get you down

Just got back from Tallinn's rooftop cinema. Such a nice invention, the vibe of that place is awesome. An open air movie theatre on top of a shopping centre. Instead of cinema chairs there are beach chairs, as the movies start a little before midnight and the nights in Estonia are not usually the warmest, blankets ara available to keep warm. Everybody has their own headphones, the sound is not bad as well.  The movie we went to see, was brilliant! " The greatest movie ever sold ". A documentary about branding and advertising. About product placement. About making a movie totally financed by different brands. Made in a really original and clever way. It's by Morgan Spurlock (also the author of "Supersize me"). This dude is a genius! The movie itself was pretty much marketing 101, but, if you are interested in the topic, you might learn more than in a lecture. To balance things out, there is a lot of humour in there. Irony on top of irony!  It's basically...
