"Law school has taught me the valuable skill of discussing the readings without having read the readings."

Explains a lot about law school:
Despite the fact that I have school every day after an 8 hour workday for 3 more hours, I do think some of my subjects from this semester are the best I have had in university in total. For example "trying cases to juries in U.S" Yes, we do not have a jury system in Estonia, and even if I will never work in the States, going through a full trial like it is conducted in reality is an excellent experience.

PS: if any of my friends wanna have an experience of being a juror and they have time this upcoming week on tuesday, wednesday, thursday from 17.00 - 20.00, let me know. We need unbiased non-lawyers as jurors to ensure a legitimate, fair trial.

Watched "12 Angry Men"in class - an excellent movie from 1957 with excellent acting, an evolving storyline with an outcome that leaves you thinking about it and a gripping plot (although 12 men are literally sitting in one room, talking, basically throughout the whole movie) If that is not convincing enough it also is #5 from #250 top rated movies of all times according to imdb.com.

Last week of August, before school again, was pretty full of adrenaline.

First up, went to Estonian Song Festival Grounds and jumped off the edge of the arc (from ca 25 meters) to do some swinging.

Then did some reverse bungee at a 90's music festival.

And finally visited Kiviõli Adventure park (on an extremely rainy day and caught probably the only dry/sunny two hours of the day in the region) and zip-lined a 600 m long trail from the top of the hill  with the speed of 80 km/per hour, followed by a downhill race in hill cars.

   January 2025.

Munich, Germany

Early February, headed to Munich for a concert and a fun couple of days with Inx. We got really lucky with the weather. Although early in the morning we landed in complete fog (as you do apparently every time, you fly to Munich), the days were sunny and quite warm for February. So we walked around a lot, did a lot of window-shopping, some actual shopping, ate and sipped a couple cocktails.
