Celebrations

Mom's birthday breakfast!  Spot the cake thief! United motors was celebrating the opening of their renewed representative office and held a fabulous private party! (photos by Viktor Burkivski) Liisi Koikson and Vaiko Eplik The last full-on 11-hour-long school saturday.. probably ever.  My most awesome school-mates and colleagues NO-99 dance camp latin edition! A dance party where professional dancers dance on stage and the crowd does exactly like they do. Best party in town without a doubt!   Dress-shopping with the bride to be! Gotta say many of the bridal salons in Estonia seem quite random and their salespersons are not competent in sales, yet are very competent in driving away their customers. This one was one of the few more-or-less professional ones. (Anna-Bella Salon) There was Tallinn Music Week! Enjoyed a delicious dinner and cocktails at a pop-up restaurant set up especiall...

Winter!

I'm sorry.. what?!? There was the Tallinn Latin festival, we had 12 workshops divided on friday and saturday days and a quite demanding house class on Sunday. Salsa, zouk, kizomba, bachata, bachatango, cuban body movement, reggaeton, colombian style, cuban salsa, semba - you name it. The gala performance night on satu...

Happenings in Estonia

"To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest citizens and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give of one's self; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived...this is to have succeeded. " (Ralph Waldo Emerson & Bessie A. Stanley)
