walk the line

Another worktrip to Brussels in the beginning of October, where we had an option to go early and spend the weekend as well. So, ticked another country - Luxembourg, and also visited the absolutely gorgeous Bruges in Belgium. The weather was still very much spring-like and it was oh so very enjoyable. 

Out of all the Balkan countries we visited this June, I loved Bosnia the most. Mostar and it's surroundings are unbelievably gorgeous and also the gruesome, often sad and very recent history is worth learning about (and from). 

First leg of our Balkans trip in June 2018. We were headed to Sofia, Bulgaria for work, and decided to lengthen the trip with some vacation time before and after the work-days to tour Balkans a bit more as it was quite unexplored territory for us until then. 

Long weekend in Copenhagen in the beginning of September. Altho Copenhagen is just an hour away by plane, I had never made it there before. When Nordica offered some super cheap tickets I bought them without hesitation. It was such a fun weekend I would gladly go back soon.

I hadn't been to East-Estonia since I do not know how long, some of the villages  I had never visited. So,  besides great company and lots of laughs, it is also just so good to explore my own country once in a while.

Positivus 2018 There were not that many huge names this year, but found some true gems. Also, the weather was perfection and Positivus always just has this vibe! 

16/07/2018 I have on and off listened to them for 20 years due to family influences. Amazing to finally see them in action. It was a powerful 3,5 hours long show. I'm quite a concert addict, so I would take more and more and more of such evenings! The supporting act Volbeat from Denmark was pretty great as well.

During spring managed to have two more work trips to Brussels and discover a bit longer this time. The second time was in the beginning of April, and a sudden heatwave visited the town at the same time, so that was especially enjoyable.

Another work-trip to a new destination. I have been to Russia once, to St. Petersburg, years ago. In fact, except Finland and Sweden, it was my first trip abroad. Moscow tho was new for me and quite interesting to explore.

We flew to Bucharest for a three-day work-related conference but decided to use the weekend wisely and flew in a couple days earlier to discover the real Romania a bit. So we headed to the mountains to discover Brasov and Sinaia and the Dracula trails in between. 

The most beautiful wedding was held at Zuri White Sands resort&casino hotel in Goa and it truly was an experience of a lifetime. 

We survived the long train ride and were ready to explore the urban jungle of Mumbai. 

The adventures continue.
