Tutunup diaries vol 7

We have been living in Capel for 4 weeks now. Just had another payday. And a very short day at work today, as the rain-storm hit us. A wall of rain, truly. Ten people wildly running out from between the bushes towards some shelter, must have been a fun sight.

We discovered they have “Homeland” on tv on monday evenings. And it is up to date with the episodes airing in the U.S, so I can continue watching my favorite show, woooo!

Yesterday, we celebrated Thanksgiving in our own way. (It's not celebrated here nor pretty much anywhere but Canada and The States). Came home from work, threw some potatoes into the oven to bake, and headed to the shed, chilled, drank wine and played pool with Bruce for 5 hours. Somehow we managed to break two glasses.

Not the luckiest position for me

This little fella was sunbathing on one of the trees I was about to pluck.

Grapes, grapes, grapes and more grapes, they already taste close to what grapes are supposed to taste, just a bit sour.

Jordan vol 2: Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Al Karak, Dead Sea

From Petra we drove a couple hours towards the Wadi Rum desert, headed first to the Wadi Rum village to register ourselves, then left our car at the designated area at the beginning of the desert and met our host who drove us into the desert in his truck.

Pinkpop vol 2, Megaland, NL

Second time at Pinkpop festival (second year in a row, in fact) and still impressed! The weather was a bit more eventful this year, as last year was a complete heatwave. This year, we got heavy rain on the first day, perfect mild, sunny weather on the second day, and back to the heat on the third day.
